Snowshoeing

Take in the view and get a great workout on one of our dedicated snowshoe trails. Snowshoeing has become incredibly popular in the last few years, for good reason. It’s an aerobic workout with strength training and muscle endurance all rolled into one. Plus, it’s a fun way to spend time with family and friends in the great outdoors.

Just rent or buy your shoes from Squire John’s, grab a trail map from the front desk, and you’re all set for a great walk through our winter wonderland!

Craigleith is also the host site for the Switchback Challenge - a fun and challenging snowshoe event including a base to summit climb.
