Base Lodge

Our main Base Lodge, featuring beautiful Normerica Post & Beam construction, is the ideal venue for smaller school groups, coaches and faculty members. Experience the ambience created by our spacious and welcoming lobby and soaring cathedral ceilings, majestic stone fireplaces all against the backdrop of beautiful Georgian Bay!

If you find yourself missing that ‘classroom’ feel, book your students into our “Brown Bag” room. Its close proximity to the washrooms and the locker room will be handy in keeping the gang together, all with the convenience of full cafeteria services upstairs.

South Lodge
The South Lodge main floor dining area is large enough to accomodate groups with up to 400 people, while providing a relaxing, intimate atmosphere. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow chaperones and students alike to enjoy the on-hill action as they take a break and warm up by the stately fieldstone fireplace. Our South Lodge comes equipped with full facilities including an information desk, and P.A. system enabling you to listen to music and announcements from inside the lodge or outdoors on the hillside deck.

The “Loft” provides a private cozy corner for coaches to spread out and tabulate race results and yet view the activities of students below on the main floor.

North Lodge

A private, rustic retreat, our North Lodge is ideal for groups of 100-150 participants who are racing/training on Comet and enjoy the convenient location and exclusivity the lodge is able to provide.

Catering

Craigleith’s caterer, Shirwood Foods, has created many selections to satisfy every palate as well as traditional “kid friendly foods”. Our Executive Chef will delight your group with full, hearty breakfasts, exhibit cooking of daily specials, hot off the grill items, pizza oven and so much more!
