2009/10 Guest Reservations Required On All Days of Operation
Please note we no longer take guest reservations by telephone

Advance guest reservations must be made prior to the day of the visit and can be made online or in person by completing a reservation card at the Front Desk.

Guest reservations are required for every day the Club is open including weekends, holidays and midweek days throughout the duration of the 2009/10 season.

All advance guest reservations must be made by the sponsoring member.

Guest reservations and cancellations cannot be made online after 8:00a.m. on Club operating days.

Only reservations made by the member, in person at the Front Desk, will be accepted after 8:00a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays if the guest reservation limit has not been reached.

Advance reservations are not required when using Books of Five "No Reservation" passes.

Each Club Family Membership is permited to sponsor a maximum of six guest visits per operating day.

Each guest is limited to a maximum of six visits from the weekend in January to the first weekend in March, on Saturdays and Sundays. This includes guest visits made through the reservation system or through the use of the Books of Five "No Reservation" passes. It is the member's responsibility to ensure their guests adhere to this policy.

Cancellation notice for guests is required and the Club reserves the right to charge members for "no-shows" if cancellations are not received.

Members are responsible for their guests' conduct while they are on Club property.
